Anger is generally in all living beings on earth. Anger is just a state of mind .Anger starts with the mild intensity to larger extent like fury and rage.It can be seen on all animals and also especially human beings. Its just like other emotions, it is always go with physiological and biological factor. Generally when you become anger your heart rate and blood pressure will go up as well as your energy hormones.Anger can happen to anybody at anytime it can be your personal or the thing which makes you irritated.

The goal of anger management is to minimize both your emotional and physiological feelings which causes anger for you. I know its difficult to get rid or avoid the things or the people that infuriate you, nor you can change that but of course you can learn how to control your reactions.

I’m going to tell you how to control your anger here are few tips for you to follow on situations where you need to be patient

1) Anger rises only when we are upset, disappointed or when we are suffering. We should learn to be silent on these occasions.

2) When we are criticized, teased or harmed by others.
3) Ask yourself this question: “Will the object of my anger matter ten years from now?” Chances are, you will see things from a calmer perspective.
4) Ask yourself: “What is the worst consequence of the object of my anger?” If someone cut in front of you at the book store check-out, you will probably find that three minutes is not such a big deal.
5) Stop and start to count till 10 and dont say anyting. This may not address the anger directly, but it can minimize the damage you will do while angry.
6) Visualize a relaxing experience. Close your eyes, and travel there in your mind. Make it your stress-free oasis.
